Becky Flynn was one of the very best girls basketball players ever to play the game in South Dakota. She was indeed a standout basketball player but also a great track star. Here are just a few of her on court accomplishments: South Dakota Career Leading Scorer from 1991-2008 with 3268 points; First Team All State “B” Tourney 1988 – 1991; Six year starter for Wakonda High School; member of Wakonda’s 3 straight Championship Teams; Part of 101 game winning streak from 1988 – 1991; 1992 South Dakota Female Athlete of the Year; 1992 Miss South Dakota Basketball. After her many accomplishments in high school she went on to star at Div 1 Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Becky still lives in South Dakota and works at the USD.
